Yup, refrigerator is dead
These RV refrigerators are prone to developing an irreversible blockage in the evaporator and condenser coils. A simple test to check if the coil is blocked is to hot wire the electric heating element bypassing the controls and see if the unit cools.
It doesn't.

...if you’re young, dear God, don’t try to live the way your parents did. You don’t need three bedrooms, although a roof is nice. Get the hell outa Dodge and stir things up. Leave! Adapt!
