This winter boondocking routine is going to take some getting used to
Yikes! I awoke this morning to seriously depleted batteries. I'm so used to firing up my inverter, laptop and wifi router and letting them run 24/7 when I'm parked that I forgot to shut them down last night.

An Apache Defilade in the Florida Mountains
Today, I'm searching for a place in the Floridas I'd found two years ago. It wasn't much, but I'd seen it a week earlier, and wanted to check it out again. I feel at peace here, in these rugged mountains, as if I'd always been here.
