Burgers at the Buckhorn
Kate did a fine writeup of the Throwdown! with Bobby Flay at the Buckhorn Bar in San Antonio on her blog last year and tonight Kate & Terry and I went up for some of those winning green chili burgers, my first and not likely my last! These things are wicked good!

Mix With the World
I am convinced our own happiness requires that we should continue to mix with the world, and to keep pace with it. . . . I can speak from experience on the subject.
